Headliner Jennie Stencel

Jennie Stencel's standup style is a unique blend of class and trailer park. She is known for her assertive personality, likable stage presence, and stream-of-consciousness joke-telling style that often rambles in an adorable way.

Jennie is a standup comic from NC with no fear. She mixes her maternal instinct with her instinct to kill, leaving her audience in stitches. She performs regularly throughout NC and was a finalist in Carolina's Funniest Person Contest as well as Funniest In South Texas.

Jennie Stencel is also the owner of The Idiot Box Comedy Club and Exec Producer of The North Carolina Comedy Festival.  She was a 2 time finalist in Carolina’s Funniest and finalist in Funniest in South Texas.

She was also chosen to perform at Big Pine Comedy Festival, Memphis Comedy Fest, Rubber City and Cleveland Comedy Fest. Other appearances include The Lady Laughs Comedy Festival, Queen City Comedy Fest and Cola Comedy Con.

She has been chosen to open for some notable comedians, including Brian Posehn, Todd Glass, Greg Proops, Sean Patton and Sasheer Zamata.
